Account & Data Deletion Instructions
If you wish to delete your account and associated data from Ember Lore Studios applications, please follow the steps below. This process is permanent and cannot be undone.
Step 1: Submit a Request
Send an email to support@emberlorestudios.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
Step 2: Provide Verification
In your email, please include the username and the registered email address associated with the account you want deleted to verify ownership.
Step 3: Processing Time
Our team will process your request and securely purge your data from our systems within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
