Ember Lore Studios ("we," "our," or "us") operates the dark fantasy text-based mobile role-playing game Moonlit Covenant. This document outlines our structural protocols regarding the collection, processing, and absolute safeguarding of individual player telemetry data, account credentials, and communication records.
1. Information We Collect & Process
To deliver automated app functionality, character progression tracking, and player guild updates, we collect specific data classifications from users:
- Account Credentials: Usernames, authentication email addresses, and character profile names provided during registration.
- Gameplay Progress Telemetry: In-game choice pathways, currency transactions, idle progression state values, and guild operational logs.
- Technical Identifiers: Mobile device operating system variants, unique network installation tokens (e.g., Firebase Installation IDs), crash diagnostics, and coarse location data derived from anonymized IP loops.
2. Purpose of Data Processing
We restrict data handling entirely to policy-compliant purposes. Your personal metrics are used to:
- Maintain persistent character progress profiles and process idle reward computations.
- Facilitate programmatic cooperative guild mechanics and in-game text transmissions.
- Analyze system crashes to patch memory vulnerabilities and optimize performance stability.
- Prevent cheating, unauthorized macro executions, and bot exploitations within our ecosystem.
3. Cryptography & Data Transmission Safety
In adherence to modern application storefront compliance parameters, all collected information is encrypted during transit from the game application client to our central cloud storage infrastructure using Transport Layer Security (TLS/HTTPS protocols). Rest assured, we do not sell your personal or sensitive telemetry data to third-party data networks.
4. Children’s Privacy Policy (Under 13)
Moonlit Covenant features complex text narratives and dark fantasy imagery intended for mature audiences. We do not knowingly compile or retain identifiers from children under the age of 13. If it is discovered that data from a minor under 13 has been collected without verifiable parental consent, it will be instantly purged from our technical array.
5. Player Rights & Complete Data Deletion
We respect your right to control your personal digital footprint. You have the right to request a complete extraction or secure destruction of all player parameters.

Upon verification, all records are fully and securely purged from our operational storage directories within seven (7) business days.
6. Updates to the Covenant
We reserves the right to modify this structural privacy document to mirror layout transitions or global app store regulation shifts. Significant adjustments regarding data handling pathways will be broadcasted directly inside the game client application with explicit re-consent prompts before implementation.
