Welcome to Ember Lore Studios ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or playing our mobile application, Moonlit Covenant, or utilizing our web resources, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these structural boundaries, please terminate use of our software systems immediately.
1. User Accounts & Eligibility
To engage with certain mechanics inside Moonlit Covenant, you may be required to register a user account. You agree to provide true, accurate information and remain entirely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. We reserve the absolute right to terminate or suspend accounts that engage in identity spoofing or credential theft.
2. Virtual Assets & In-Game Currencies
Moonlit Covenant may include virtual items, equipment modifications, or premium currencies. You explicitly acknowledge that these items hold no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for fiat currency. These items represent a limited, non-transferable, revocable license granted to you for entertainment purposes only within the application environment.
3. Code of Conduct & Anti-Cheat Covenants
To preserve game balance and structural narrative integrity, players are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following behaviors:
- Utilizing automated cheat macros, bot systems, memory editors, or external software tools designed to alter or spoof idle progression math.
- Exploiting software vulnerabilities, code gaps, or unintended engine loops for personal progression gain.
- Transmitting malicious, abusive, defamatory, or highly disruptive text inside public guild logs or team communication portals.
Violations of this section will result in immediate, permanent hardware or credential-level account bans without recourse or refund.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All structural assets, code bases, audio soundscapes, UI visual frameworks, text narratives, and branding graphics associated with Moonlit Covenant are the exclusive intellectual property of Ember Lore Studios. You are granted zero ownership rights; copying or reproducing game logic outside authorized mobile ecosystem frameworks is illegal.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Liability Limitation
Our applications and server networks are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" framework. Ember Lore Studios makes no absolute promises that network transmissions will be completely uninterrupted, lag-free, or entirely secure. In no event shall our studio be liable for data drops, character rollbacks, or device compatibility anomalies.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms and any disputes arising out of your engagement with our applications are governed exclusively by the laws of your local jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal filings must be arbitrated or resolved in designated local courts.
